Industrial Applications:

Rolling Stock/Railway:
Our cable systems for the railway market are built to withstand extreme mechanical stresses. These include inter-car jumper systems and rooftop spirals, which connect train wagons and endure harsh environmental conditions like UV radiation, ice, snow, and stone chipping, all while remaining in constant motion. Despite these challenges, our systems are designed to last 8-12 years in operation.
Laboratory Automation:
We offer custom cables and specialty cables systems individually designed for continuous motion and used in automated laboratory diagnostic equipment. In addition, elocab cables are tested in-house for specific electrical and mechanical requirements, such as flex life, to measure the ruggedness of laboratory diagnostics Equipment.
Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology:
Our cable systems meet the highest standards for cleanliness and low outgassing, essential for ultra-high vacuum environments in advanced lithography equipment. These machines, worth hundreds of millions of euros, can be compromised by even minimal outgassing. To ensure optimal performance, we have dedicated cleanrooms and state-of-the-art cleaning and measuring equipment for producing both cables and cable systems.
